3. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to provide effective services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your business, target audience, and marketing goals.
• Maintain functional and secure landing pages that we can direct links toward.
• Respond to strategy approvals and communication in a timely manner.

4. Transparency and Reporting

We pride ourselves on 100% transparency. Clients will receive regular reports containing exact live URLs, publisher metrics, and the context of the placements. We do not use hidden networks or PBNs.

5. Payment Terms

Billing cycles and pricing are determined based on the specific campaign scale agreed upon during the strategy phase. All payments must be received as outlined in the invoice. Late payments may result in the suspension of active outreach campaigns.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Muzakh, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
